Southern Charms Designs offers handmade jewelry, crafts, and related items through our website and at in-person events.

• All items are handmade, and slight variations in color, shape, size, and finish are natural and expected.
• Product photos are intended to represent items accurately but may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or material age.
   

Online Orders:

Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

In-Person Purchases:

Purchases made at pop-ups, workshops, parties, or events are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment Methods:

We accept payments through:

• Cash App (in person)
• Venmo (in person)
   

We do not store full payment information. Payments are processed through third-party providers, and their terms and privacy policies apply.

Custom or personalized items are created specifically for you and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, except in cases of damage or defect (see Return & Refund Policy).

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Southern Charms Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please inquire if you would like to add  additional shipping insurance.

All content on this website, including images, product designs, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Southern Charms Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us permission to use, share, and display that content for business and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
