Return and Refund Policy

We take pride in creating high-quality, handmade items. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

We will accept returns or issue replacements only under the following conditions:

• Item arrived damaged
• Item arrived defective
• Incorrect item was sent
   

To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery (or event pickup) and provide clear photos of the issue.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom or personalized items
• Items purchased at in-person events, pop-ups, or workshops
• Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage after delivery
• Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

All purchases made at in-person events are final sale. Please inspect your items before leaving the event.

If a return is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible
• In some cases, a replacement or store credit may be offered instead
   

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
